NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Void where prohibited. Subject to all federal, state and local laws, regulations, and ordinances.

1. ELIGIBILITY: The LG Double Oven Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry. Employees, officers, directors and agents of the blog web sites listed below (the "Sponsors"), Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. (the "Administrator"), LG Electronics USA Inc. (the "Prize Provider"), Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide, and any of their respective companies, parents, franchisees, subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives, trustees, consultants, contractors, suppliers, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment, and marketing agencies, web site providers/web masters and those acting pursuant to their authority (collectively, the "Related Parties"), and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings and children, regardless of where they live) and those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. Related Parties reserve the right to verify the eligibility of winners. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Related Parties' decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

2. ENTRY PERIOD: The Sweepstakes starts at 2am CST on July 8, 2011 and ends 8pm CST on July 11, 2011 (the "Entry Period").

3. HOW TO ENTER: During the Entry Period, visit the participating blog URLs listed in the below chart (the "Sweepstakes Blogs") and follow the instructions available at each Sweepstakes Blog (including posting a comment) to receive one (1) entry for that corresponding Sweepstakes Blog Grand Prize ONLY. You must enter at each Sweepstakes Blog to be eligible for each Sweepstakes Blog Grand Prize.

Limit: One (1) entry per person, per Sweepstakes Blog specifically relating to the content (any posts not relating to the content, as determined by Related Parties in their sole discretion, will not count towards an entry). Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the permitted number of entries by using multiple and/or different identities, forms, registrations, addresses or any other method will void that entrant's entries, and that entrant may be disqualified at Related Parties' discretion. Entries must be submitted by the participant. You must provide all required information to be eligible to enter to win a prize. Normal Internet access, phone and usage charges imposed by your on-line or phone service may apply. Use of automated entries or programs or entries submitted by third parties is prohibited and will be disqualified. Incomplete, corrupted, or untimely entries are void and will be disqualified. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Related Parties.

All comments must be the sole, original work of the entrants. Any entry or portion thereof that is, in the Sponsors' or Related Parties' sole discretion, obscene, profane, lewd, defamatory or otherwise violates or infringes (or may infringe) any proprietary right of any person living or deceased (including but not limited to rights of privacy or publicity or portrayal in a false light) or entity, or is otherwise objectionable, will not be considered and may disqualify the entrant. Entrants may not copy or otherwise plagiarize their comment from any source. Entrants and winners acknowledge and agree that their entries (including comments) become the property of the Related Parties, who thereby have the right to edit, adapt, modify, reproduce, promote and otherwise use entries (or excerpts of comments) in any way they see fit. Any entry not in compliance with the above or which does not meet all the Sweepstakes rules may be disqualified. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same e-mail address. Entries will be attributed to the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted during registration. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to enter will be deemed to be the registrant or participant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, Internet service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Winning participants may be required to provide Related Parties with proof that the claimed winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry, or forfeit the prize. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive e-mail address will be disqualified and ineligible to win.

4. PRIZES: Two (2) Grand Prizes will be awarded (one per Sweepstakes Blog) as listed in the chart below. Only the prizes and prize quantities stated in these Official Rules are available to be won in the Sweepstakes. The total approximate retail value (the "ARV") of all Grand Prizes to be awarded is up to $3,798.

5. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Prize includes standard installation, as solely determined by the Prize Provider. Winners are responsible for any plumbing, electrical, structural changes or modifications required (including, but not limited to, cabinetry, flooring, countertops, walls). In the event the winner is not able to accommodate the advertised prize, the Prize Provider, in its sole discretion, may substitute the advertised prize with Prize Provider determined products up to the value of the advertised prize. Any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and all fees and expenses related to acceptance and use of prize not specifically stated herein are the responsibility solely of winner. The ARV of any electronics prize listed is subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules, and the date the prize is awarded or redeemed. If the actual purchase price of an electronics prize is less than the ARV stated herein, the prize winner will NOT be entitled to a check, cash or other form of payment for the price difference. Prize cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred, or redeemed for cash; however, Related Parties reserve the right to make equivalent prize substitutions at their discretion if advertised prize (or portion of prize) is unavailable. Winner is responsible for any loss of prize or portion of prize after it has been delivered. Related Parties will not replace any lost or stolen prizes or components of a prize. Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. Limit one (1) prize per person, per household.

6. WINNER SELECTION: The Grand Prize winners will be selected in separate random drawings (one per Sweepstakes Blog) to be conducted on or about July 21, 2011, from among all eligible entries received from each Sweepstakes Blog during the Entry Period. Drawings will be conducted by the Administrator, whose decisions are final and legally binding on all matters relating to the drawings. Odds of winning a Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received from each Sweepstakes Blog by the end of the Entry Period.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT'S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AS SET FORTH BELOW. Potential Grand Prize winners will be notified by e-mail and/or via the Sweepstakes Blog he/she entered. Potential Grand Prize winners (or parent/legal guardian if a Grand Prize winner is a minor in his/her state of residence) will then be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, Publicity Release (except where prohibited by law), and Assignment of Rights within seven (7) days (including weekends) of notification attempt or the prize will be forfeited and alternate Grand Prize winner may be selected. Affidavit will be mailed via Priority Mail or sent via email. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. If a potential winner is unavailable to accept the prize within the time period specified by Related Parties, or if the potential winner fails to comply with these Official Rules as determined by Related Parties in their sole discretion, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate entrant will be selected. All prizes will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible entries per Sweepstakes Blog are received.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS: The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void outside of the United States and where prohibited. WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY A ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE ASSOCIATED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, RELATED PARTIES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Related Parties are not responsible for: (a) lost, late, incomplete, damaged, misdirected or unintelligible entries or e-mail; (b) faulty or mistranscribed telephone communication, any telephone, computer, hardware, software, programming or lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), web site, or other connections, network malfunction, or for unavailability, inaccessibility or traffic congestion, miscommunications, failed computer network, or cable hardware or software or lines, or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions, computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network, or other technical failures or errors, or failure to properly process entries or registration; (c) communication disruption or other forces beyond the reasonable control of the Related Parties, including inability to access the Sweepstakes Blogs, submit entries and/or register, or other disruption related to Internet traffic, virus, bug, or unauthorized intervention; (d) damage caused by computer virus or otherwise resulting to any computer equipment (hardware or software) from entrant's access of the Sweepstakes Blogs, whether human, mechanical or electronic; (e) incorrect or inaccurate information whether caused by any Sweepstakes Blog users, electronic or human error, or by any of the programming or equipment associated with or used in the Sweepstakes or other error or malfunction of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic or otherwise; or (f) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. Related Parties reserve the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes if any malfunction, error, fraud, technical failure, disruption, or damage occurs, or any other factor beyond Related Parties reasonable control impairs the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper play of the Sweepstakes, as solely determined by the Related Parties. In such event, Related Parties reserve the right to award the applicable prizes at random from among all eligible entries received per Sweepstakes Blog before the time of impairment. Related Parties reserve the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process, the operation of the Sweepstakes and/or the Sweepstakes Blogs; violates these Official Rules; or acts with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Related Parties failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Entrants agree that Related Parties shall own the entries, which shall not be acknowledged or returned.

9. PUBLICITY: EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES CONSTITUTES WINNER'S CONSENT AND GRANT TO RELATED PARTIES, THE RIGHT AND PERMISSION TO PRINT, PUBLISH, BROADCAST, AND USE, WORLDWIDE IN ANY MEDIA NOW KNOWN OR HEREAFTER DEVELOPED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WORLD WIDE WEB, AT ANY TIME OR TIMES, USE OF WINNER'S NAME, LIKENESS, CONTENT ASSOCIATED WITH ENTRY SUBMISSION , PHOTOGRAPH, VOICE, OPINIONS AND/OR HOMETOWN AND STATE OR PROVINCE FOR PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES (INCLUDING THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF HIS OR HER NAME ON TELEVISION OR RADIO BROADCAST) WITHOUT ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATION, COMPENSATION, PERMISSION, OR NOTIFICATION.

10. RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: BY PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANTS AGREE THAT THE RELATED PARTIES WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY ENTRANTS AGAINST, ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, OR PROPERTY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE OR USE OF ANY PRIZE, ENTRY OR PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR IN ANY SWEEPSTAKES-RELATED ACTIVITY, OR ANY CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION OR INVASION OF PRIVACY OR MERCHANDISE DELIVERY. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, PARTICIPANTS AGREE THAT THE RELATED PARTIES WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES, DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, OR PROPERTY ARISING OUT OF ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SWEEPSTAKES BLOGS OR THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM THE SWEEPSTAKES BLOGS. EVERYTHING REGARDING THE SWEEPSTAKES, INCLUDING ALL PRIZES, ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. CHECK LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS.

11. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited and subject to applicable law, entrant agrees that: any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the State of New York or the appropriate New York State Court located in New York; (2) any and all claims, judgment, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Related Parties in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York in the U.S., without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of laws rules (whether of the State of New York or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York.

12. WINNERS LIST: For the names of the Grand Prize winners, available after August 31, 2011, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope by September 30, 2011, to: The LG Double Oven Giveaway Winners, P.O Box 7999, Melville, NY 11775-7999. VT residents may omit return postage.
